Knowledge management KM is the process of creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge and information of an organization. An established discipline since ,  KM includes courses taught in the fields of business administration , information systems , management, library, and information sciences. Many large companies, public institutions and non-profit organisations have resources dedicated to internal KM efforts, often as a part of their business strategy , IT , or human resource management departments. Knowledge management efforts typically focus on organisational objectives such as improved performance, competitive advantage , innovation , the sharing of lessons learned , integration and continuous improvement of the organisation.

This paper discusses the role of strategy making in organizational learning. By linking organizational learning and strategy-as-practice literatures, the objective of this research was to analyze how intertwined the cognitive process and strategic activities are in organizational learning. The metodology used is a longitudinal qualitative single case study of one of the largest Brazilian companies in the power industry. The findings show that organizational learning involved four sequenced causal flows in which specific types of strategic activities contributed directly or indirectly to learning loops. Our main contribution is to show that the implementation of strategic activities is the key to strategic renewal. Knowledge management KM and organization strategy are both important to the success of an organization. This study aims to assess the research needs of their interrelationship. The research is based on a collection of over interviews of KM worldwide experts. Their inputs have been categorized based on the frequency of their occurrence. This study looked at the research themes recommended by the experts and concluded that KM is to be regarded as a factor for the formulation and implementation of the organization strategy. The sample of scholars and practitioners interviewed, the analysis approach used and the use of broad questions and dimensions are some of the limitations of this study.

Data collected from service firms located in Kingdom of Bahrain were used to test a conceptual model encompassing the linkages among transformational leadership, knowledge management process, product innovation, and process innovation. Findings also revealed that knowledge transfer and application partially mediated the relationship between transformational leadership and product innovation; knowledge acquisition and application completely mediated the relationship between transformational leadership and process innovation..

The objective of this work is to review the literature of the main concepts that lead to determining the strategic approach, creation of strategies, organizational structures, strategy formulation, and strategic evaluation as a guide for the organizational management, taking into account the effects produced by the different types of strategies on the performance of organizations. In this article, the systemic literature review method was used to synthesize the result of multiple investigations and scientific literature.
